1. No strong collision and no rub with wire wool to the coating.

2. Grease pan and then fill the satter immediately. No baking empty pan after greasing. Spray is much better than grease.

3. Clean the tray with the clean and soft cotton cloth before using.

4. Grease the pan, fill the slurry and bake.

5. Clean the tray and remove the crumbs with the clean and soft cotton cloth and air-dry the tray if leaving unused for a long time.

6. No sharpy cleaner such as clean wire ball, emery cloth and so on to clean the tray, in case the coating will be damaged.

7. No alkali chemical cleaning agent to clean the tray, in case the coating will be damaged.
